Lindsay Lohan wants the judge to cancel this Friday's hearing because it's Good Friday, and she wants to observe it!
Doing so would probably push the date back to sometime next month.
The postponement request was discussed last week during the meeting between Lindsay's high powered attorney Shawn Holley, Judge Stephanie Sautner and Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers.
"The DA wants Lindsay's lawyer to formally file the motion to continue the preliminary hearing," the source said.
Is it just us, or does this sound like just a convenient way to delay the inevitable?? (The inevitable being the case, not that we're assuming an outcome!)
We're willing to bet that it'll be granted.
