While his citizens are being bombed and while NATO now considers him a legitimate target, Moammar Gadhafi nonetheless took time out of his schedule last night … to play chess. The Libyan leader appeared on state television playing against World Chess Federation President and Russian governor Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, the Telegraph reports. The AP notes, humorously, that Gadhafi "seemed somewhat unsure of how the game is played." Ilyumzhinov says Gadhafi told him he has no plans to leave Libya.
