Jennifer's legal team had previously won a court battle to keep the videos from being released but Ojani has found a loophole by selling the footage to his current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez. The judge ruled that the confidentiality agreement that Ojani originally signed could not block a release from Claudia.
Claudia is said to be "meeting with video distributors" next week to make a deal.
